MMG invited to run a workshop at the ACI Airport Conference Guam
Mighty Media Group has been invited to attend, present and facilitate a workshop at the 9th ACI Asia-Pacific Small and Emerging Airports Seminar held 8-11 October 2013, at the Westin Resort, Guam.
The Small and Emerging Airports Seminar is a dedicated event to address the common interests and concerns of small and emerging airports in the Asia-Pacific region. The theme of the Seminar is “Rediscovering Emerging Airports’ Potential”.
The Seminar will offer discussions on a number of topics that is significant for these airports, including boosting tourism through destination marketing; optimizing the business model for small and emerging airports; the potential of non-aeronautical revenues in small and emerging airports; enhancing the passenger experience through improved technology and the importance of staff training and human resources.
Mighty Media Group was asked to prepare, present and facilitate a workshop on “Harnessing the Power of Social and Digital Media”. Stephenie Rodriguez, CEO of Mighty Media Group presented with Karl Pangelinan, General Manager of Guam Visitors Bureau. The presentation looked at how small and emerging airports can best embrace this brave but sometimes bewildering new world to brand themselves, inform their passengers and enhance their image through websites, Apps, and social media avenues such as Facebook and YouTube.
Following the presentation Mighty Media Group facilitated a workshop with the attendees with Mighty Media Groups’ CIO Bruce Grant in attendance and assisting with the facilitation.
